Cookies are small files stored on your device. We keep the set minimal: strictly necessary cookies always, analytics only if you consent.

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

• Authentication / session cookies (set by our auth provider, Supabase — names beginning “sb-”): keep you signed in and secure your session. Duration: session to ~1 year.
• Security / anti-CSRF cookies: protect against fraud and abuse. Duration: session.
• Live-chat cookies (Crisp — names beginning “crisp-client”): keep your support conversation running as you move between pages. Functional only, no cross-site tracking. Duration: ~6 months.

These are required for the Service to work and do not need consent under ePrivacy rules; blocking them may stop the Service working.

Analytics (only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner)

• Microsoft Clarity (cookies “_clck”, “_clsk”, “MUID”): anonymised session replay and heatmaps that show us where the product is confusing, so we can fix it. Duration: up to 13 months.
• PostHog (keys beginning “ph_” in local storage, EU-hosted): product usage analytics — which features are used and where people drop off.

If you decline, none of these are set. Our error monitoring (Sentry) works without cookies and does not track you across sites.

Managing cookies

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out and limit functionality.
