Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. If you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will review in good faith.

Business customers

The Service is intended for business use. Where you contract as a business (not a consumer), statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply; cancellation and refunds follow the sections above.

Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)

Where you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use a paid digital service within that period you may expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right, to the extent permitted by law.

Price & plan changes

We may change pricing or plan limits with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing period.
